Secret Service agents and Nashville police went to the house of a suspect.  He refused to come outside and would not let them come inside unless they had a warrant.  The Secret Service allegedly told the Nashville police to waive a piece of paper to mislead the suspect into believing they had a warrant.  The Nashville Police would not do so.  Good for them.  Apparently the Fourth Amendment still holds among local law enforcement even if some federal officers have decided it is passé.
